Refund policy

Due to the laboratory nature of our products and to maintain the integrity of our research-grade peptides, Peptide Hunter does not accept returns or exchanges once a shipment has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at peptidehunteruk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the unopened vial and packaging. If verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number is generated, the sale is final.
